There is a place for you to CONNECT
at American Lutheran Church

This is Christ’s church. There is a place for you here.
We are the church that shares a living, daring confidence in God’s grace.
Liberated by our faith, we embrace you as a whole person,
questions, complexities and all. Join us as we do God’s work in
Christ’s name for the life of the world.

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love.  ~Romans 12:10

Connecting at ALC

Growing, Living and Sharing Faith through our Connections with one another

Outreach Ministry provides welcome to those new to ALC using the Welcoming Ministry as first contact.  The Follow Up Program brings personal visits and the Mentoring Program helps newcomers become active and familiar with the services and programs offered.  Outreach coordinates the New Member Potluck Luncheon.

Men’s Ministry, known as the ALC Godfathers, meets once a month for breakfast, Bible study and fellowship. All men are welcome.

OWLS Senior Ministry includes members and friends from ALC and SOV.  This group enjoys monthly potluck lunches through the fall and winter and day trips during the spring and summer.

Quilting Ministry meets on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.   This ministry assembles and donates approximately 400 quilts per year.

Women’s Ministry embraces our church’s mission statement “Grow, Live and Share Faith” by forming groups (ministries) that provide fellowship, outreach, education and support:   the Fiber Ministry, Miriam Circle, the F.A.S.T. Women and the Young Women’s Group.

Just.4.Fun Fellowship will soon be planning and organizing activities and events for ALC members and friends of all ages who “just wanna have a little fun together so we can get to know one another better!”  Some ideas currently being considered are dinner groups, hiking, biking, camping, movies, games, Denver excursions and more!
