This is a one-day training to equip youth pastors, youth leaders, camp directors/counselors social workers, school guidance counselors, and other youth workers to minister to youth impacted by suicidal desperation. Special attention will focus on youth specific issues of impulsivity and contagion. The training includes the creation of resources, training congregation and community members in suicide awareness and basic conversation skills, and the invitation to those who have been suicidal in the past to share their stories.
- $25 Registration Fee includes seminar materials, continental breakfast and lunch
